I was concerned that I had viruses in my computer, and I called up Robert and he offerd a remote support session.  At first I was hestitant with a remote support session because i was scammed and I didn't trust people after this experience.  After Robert sent me the reviews i felt that I could trust him to access my machine.  Not only did he assure me and make sure the latest virues were removed, he explained it in a way to give me confidence and undestanding of the latest virus concerns.  He saw that my hard drive was starting to slowly degrade in performance and he also offered to backup my files for free as well. Robert went above and beyond for me, to help me to get a new computer before I left overseas.  I called him on Saturday morning at 7am - and he was happy to help me out that day.  He took me to harvey norman where he helped me to choose a laptop and made sure i was getting the best price.  We then went to the new farm library where he helped me to copy all the data across as I had to have this before I left to go overseas. Absolute saviour! My laptop was incredibly slow and I desperately needed it for uni purposes....FAST. Robert responded promptly and fixed it on the same day. My laptop is so much faster now and he cleaned out everything. Also great customer service.

A family member had potentially a SIGNIFICANT amount of funds to lose in Crypto.  If we lost these funds, it would have ended very badly due to the situation.  Robert came over at 6pm on a Saturday due to the urgency of this request despite being up at 4am that day.  The longer we left it the higher the chance would have been for us to lose it and for the person to catch onto it.  This was a SIGNIFICANT amount of funds for this person's life savings.  Robert was persistent in going through every crypto address and we ended up being able to Recover the account.  He then took it a step further and transferred this money into a Metamask account that we had access to.  Robert, words can't thank you for what a great job you've done and how much you have saved us on this situation.  Can't recommend highly enough. Robert gave me fanatastic service and looked after me 100 percent and let me know what was going on the hole time.  he kept me updated the whole time when he was fixing my computer.  i would recommend Robert if you have malware or viruses on the computer to call him.  I was skeptical for a remote support session but I saw his reviews.
